Description                                        

Borage Oil

The content of gamma-linolenic acid in borage seed oil is so far the highest among all the plant oils, up to more that 20%. It has great advantage in improving heart and brain function and easing premenstrual syndromes. Besides its medical efficacies, its abundance of linoleic acid, unsaturated fatty acid, various vitamins and mineral elements, together with its excellence in beautifying skin, borage oil is always regarded as a good choice for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.

Storage Method

The oil should be stored at a cool and dry place, keep away from direct sunlight and heat source.

Shelf life                                                            

The shelf life of the oil is 2 years if unopened in the original package. Once opened the oil should be blanketed under Nitrogen and used within six months.
